A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Hello to all of our loyal customers! We are serving dinner nightly beginning at 5:30 PM. Our seating is extremely limited as per COVID-19 restrictions and we are taking all recommended precautions to keep both you and our employees safe. We are no longer offering outdoor dining as winter approaches and the temperatures have dropped. Please understand our extremely limited seating and make reservations ahead of time. We do not reserve tables for walk in diners. Please check availability for reservations online prior to calling the restaurant. We highly recommend making reservations several days or weeks in advance. For family groups larger than 5 you must call us to book your reservation ahead of time. We do have late cancellation fees that require a credit card number and e signature for parties larger than 5. Thank you for understanding.

The Blue Lion is located in a charming historic house that owner, Ned Brown, purchased in 1978. The Blue Lion has been a Jackson Hole favorite pleasing discerning diners 7 days a week with everything from simply the best rack of lamb to fresh fish served with full-flavored sauces and salsas. Other house specialties include crab cream cheese stuffed mushrooms, freshly made Caesar salad, elk tenderloin and fresh Idaho rainbow trout. Each evening our talented chefs create outstanding nightly specials. And do save room for one of our homemade scrumptious desserts or the Blue Lion’s long standing regulars, Mud Pie, Tiramisu or Russian Cream. Enjoy indoor and outdoor deck seating in the summer and live music most nights.

Salt and Vinegar Halibut
– Fresh Alaskan Halibut crusted with salt and vinegar potato chips and pan fried to perfection.

Our employees wear masks and gloves to protect them and our guests, as well as sanitizing their hands between table interactions. All tables are positioned 6 feet apart or separated by a divider and thoroughly sanitized before you sit down. We are utilizing a call system to prevent build up of customers while waiting for tables. Our menus are disposable. We are sanitizing all high traffic areas frequently and all items that may be touched are sanitized before being placed at the table. Your payment method will either be sanitized before being returned to you, or handled by an employee wearing gloves when this is not possible.
